i have been trying to help one of my pals to join mylot through referrals... but each time he registers, and confirms his account, he cant get to log in to the site, they show an error message,even though his password and username are correct.. treid the "i forgot my password" option and it aint still working... i mean they send his password and wen he tries to log in wid tht, he cant!!!
is it coz of a gmail account?
he tried wid yahoo mail too!! this time they dint send the damn confirmation mail!!
how annoying eh?
y is this happeneing? its like mylot is against him or something!!
wat do i suggest he does?

He must have used different cases in his password and username..did he try with the exact case as it is displayed on ur referrals list..also if he is cuttting and pasting the username from the email..there is always a SPACE attached at the end of the user name..Try deleting the space at the end of the username and try..It think it should work

ya his every possible username that he tried is shown in my referral, but he cant log in wid the password tht he gave... just not happeneing!!! wonder y!!
