Relax and suspend your mind from thinking and do the meditation for 45 minutes. Go for a walk 3 kms.

Thanks and you loose nothing if you start and keep trying. You cannot master meditation in one day. It may take a month or so to really suspend thinking.

It depends on you but I enjoy a long bubble bath, drink and relaxing music in the background from time to time.

The right kind of music could work wonders..steer clear of rock or rap..blues and maybe selevtive hip hop might soothe you and destress...
