heart attack and Cholesterol ?

is there any connection between these two? if there is a connection how can we avoid Cholesterol in food?

yes cholestrol increases the blockage in the arteries that carry blood to the heart. So cholestrol levels can increase one's risk to have a heart attack.

yes there is connection . avoid oily food .
