Dish network and credit checks...

most of the dish network representatives are in america, but they are scattered in all of US.. if i understand you right, you are asking if DISH network do credit card qualification, am i right? if that is the concern, well then, yes.. Dish network put a dollar hold on credit cards upon activation/setting up of account.. this is to check if the customer is a good payer or not, and to identify what promotion best suits the customer.. if a you are a good payer, then why worry about credit card hold, right? representatives may not understand customers, or cannot assist customers well if the customer they are speaking with are very irate.. reps tend to be nervous and conscious that they tend to miss the customers' concern.. so, just a friendly reminder, be nice when talking to the representatives..:)
