I am so sick of being overweight. I have not always been heavy. I had my first son two years ago-gained 70 pounds with him due to a complicated pregnancy that ended in lots of bedrest throughout. I never lost the weight before getting pregnant with our second child. Now, I have about 130 pounds to lose to be where I want to be. I am nursing a 9 week old baby, so I have to take that into consideration. I absolutely hate to exercise, but will because I know I have to. Any other ideas that I can try to lose weight while I am nursing?

I don't like to exercise in a gym or anything like that either but I do like to walk or move around at home. Try turning on the radio and dancing during the day or just picking up your pace. Eat in moderation instead of worrying about every calorie and drink lots of water. It's really hard to lose baby weight-hang in there
