Who knows a html and PHP programming. Plase give me technique or website or anything else about these programming. I want build a website using PHP & MySQL. I want create a member page, referral link, login like this page. I would like place a forum and blog in my website too. Please guide me or send me a free php website. I need your help....

Hey,
I think installing only one script can solve all your problem.
You do not require to have more knowledge of php.
Simply install dolphin which come with all your mentioned features.
you can manage the contents from admin section.

At first start with the back end database. create the database schema and then you build the front end pages using html and javascript. then you can use the php to connect to the database.
