in the days when these 'religions' were established... were the days when there very less or nil trasnsportation, communication between ppl leaving in different continents... it was quite a 'kue ka mendak' syndrome... the group of ppl leaving together but naturally developed a single dialect, a single language to speak in... these ppl started constituing a single 'Religion'.... hence i think that 'religions' are like communities on interactive sites like orkut hi5 mylot etc.... where ppl of similar interests are bunched togather..... spirituality though is a very different!! citing a wierd bt analogical example: as students v c that various authors write on the same subject and thus want us to learn same stuff.... a newton's law is the same... no matter in which book u read it... verma ho ya haliday law to vahi rahega.... u may b studying at xaviers or jai hind padhaya to wahi jaayega.... only the professors are diff... the students who are learnin are diff.... same is the case with holy books..... they are written by diff ppl.... taught in diff parts of the world.. but God's law of love remains the same..... the professors (god, prophet and messiah) are diff.... the ones who learn are diff!!
