Go with a date with her. Just go walking in a park or so, and then give her a little present just something small. Not a big diamant of hundred of dollars. And then tell her how much u love her. I think she will love it if you play abit romantic with her!

if you like her just be straight and ask her out or something. i've learned over the years that honesty and straight forwardness is always the best policy. simply resort to the first comment that you mentioned about being just friends. a conversation starting with "Over the years..." my feelings have become more than just a "friendship." if she is right for you, i certainly believe she'll tell you how she feels
