Will complete dressing of women reduce attack and crime over them?

Is dressing a factor of safety for women?. Two countries with same law and constitution, but two different dressing culture ie. one is of complete dressing and the other is of partial or somewhat naked dressing, which country give more security and safety for women?

No, I think men need to be trained better to control their urges.
There will always be sick people in every culture, all of the women in teh world should not be punished for the few who can't control them selves...work on them..not us!
I am an adult, & know how to dress. I don't need to wear burkas or anything else. I wear shorts in the summer with no sleeves on my shirt, & I let my hair go free all the time. I live inthe US & these are freedoms that we have. I don't need to be told by someone else, in some different country, who can control their urges, how I am allowed to dress.
