what do you do before sleeping?

before i go to sleep i play some games in my computer, or i chat with my friend. but never watch tv before cause then i will dream about a lot of bad things a lot of idiot things. i like to sleep a lot whenn it is possible, but now i'm at university and a have to wake up early to can go to school to learn. this is my opinion about before sleeping. oh and you never do that but i always eat something before i sleep. i'm not fatttt, i'm slim

I usually use internet and prefer chatting with my friends before going to bed.

dont do the same thing daily.....

Before I go to sleep myself I check to make sure that all of my kids are sleeping

make sure I have set my alarm....lay down and pull the blankets over me....close my eyes ....count sheeps

I watch a movie and take a shower before i go to bed.

I read my girls a story and we chat about their day at school.
