Computer problem?

My computer takes for ever & a day to load internet and any other programme (start up is slow also) is there something I can do to speed this up? I have done a disc celan up but does not seem to have made much difference?

hey....i think you have to change the configuration of the pc you are using.i mean when did you buy your system.and i think if your harddisk is having more bad sectors,ram speed is bad,mother board is too old then you get that problem .
