Can someone who has been drinking tell if someone else has been drinking?

I can't really tell a lot of things when I have been drinking. Even when I haven't been drinking i can't tell if someone else has. Unless they are acting really drunk.

Even if you are drunk, you ARE aware of what you are doing and you could know right away if someone is drunk or not.

It depends on how drunk the person is, but usually one drunk can tell another drunk. . .And a sober person can definately spot a drunk person.

Yes ofcourse they can tell. People that drink know what happens, know how a drinking addict acts and all other fact, because they have been and are drinking. thats a +
