How to learn Macromedia Flash???

People thing making flash animations is a pretty complicated job and they can't make it. No its not a very hard job, you just need to learn how to handle your mouse over those graphics when you make it and you need to be a little creative thats what you need in learning anything is this entire world. I learnt flash my self, no classes no help from anyone, yet I am not on a professional level but still i think i can do better. How to learn? The best every tutorial i got is the help file which is intalled with Macormedia Flash 5 itself. Its very much informative with examples of every single thing. You can see a timy clock on my profile which i just make and personalized it with my name on the seconds movement.
