An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away - No more Constipation or Diarrhea!!!

This saying is an oldie but a goodie. Apples are great as they are a preventative for constipation and diarrhea.
One of the most efficacious remedies for constipation is a baked apple at night followed by another at breakfast.
For diarrhea, take one ripe apple and grate it, allowing time for the pulp to stand at room temperature for several hours until considerably darkened before eating.
