my favourite dishes is pasta... carbonara is wonderful, but i prefere pasta with fish! or lasagna with mushrooms, artichokes and sausages but without tomato sauce. it is a special dish made up from my mom! you have to try it!

Pasta .. well carbonara cames form your neighbourhoods.... you make a good one ? (i can try it with big pleasure..) Lasagna with mushrooms, my mom make something similar and with artichokes too (but i don't like artichoke..)

I like Chicken Tikka Masala, which is a British-Indian dish (I don't think you can find it in India). I also like beans on toast with melted cheese on top - sometimes the plain foods are the best!
