Are you aware that Aspirin Use as a daily regimen may lower the risk of Certain deadly cancers? Aspiring may even lower the chance of a heart attack.
Low-dose long-term aspirin irreversibly blocks the formation of thromboxane A2 in platelets, producing an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, and this blood-thinning property makes it useful for reducing the incidence of heart attacks. Aspirin produced for this purpose often comes in 75 or 81 mg dispersible tablets and is sometimes called “Junior aspirin” or “Baby aspirin.” High doses of aspirin are also given immediately after an acute heart attack. These doses may also inhibit the synthesis of prothrombin and may therefore produce a second and different anticoagulant effect.
The study, conducted jointly by doctors and researchers from Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, and at several other institutions across North America, confirms indications from non-randomized studies that low-dose aspirin may protect against cancers of the colon and rectum. The final results of the study were published in the March 6, 2003 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine

i have been through this somewhere that research conducted by some university students stated that use of aspirin may lead to pancreatic cancer.it is affected for women who use two tablets of aspirin daily.generally the percentage a women getting a pancreatic cancer is about 2 percent.but if aspirin it is used daily then it may go upto 60 percent.pancreatic cancer cannot be diagonized,a very dangerous cancer.
it is true that aspirin may lower the risk of some type of cancers but may increase the risk of getting another type of cancer
