the only seafood i will eat is tuna fish. other then that nothing

sushi & Lobster are great food of great price too :) you can have a seafood dish that's not that expensive.try mixed seafood chili sauce... just saute garlic, onions, cubed red tomatoes , bell pepper (red & green )in olive oil then add shrimp , calamares sliced squid , scallops & cubed fish fillet. add little tomato sauce & water to your desired consistency.Bring to boil and garnish with parsley to serve.

ive never tried lobster or sushi but i would like to,i would need to go to a fancy resarunt to try it

A 31/2-ounce serving of the following fish provides at least 700 milligrams (0.7 gram) of omega-3 fatty acids important to relieve arthritis:
Anchovies*
Bass, striped
Bluefish
Herring*
Mackerel*
Sablefish*
Salmon
Sardines*
Shark
Trout, brook
Trout, lake*
Tuna, white
*These contain double the omega-3s, or at least 1.4 grams.
In general, the darker the flesh, the fattier the fish and the more omega-3s it contains.
