I'm just feeling a wee bit nostalgic and remembering what it was like when an intelligent sitcom like Arrested Development was still on the air. Sigh. I miss the dysfunctional Bluth family.

i know! they were so stupid to cancel it. it was really one of the best comedy tv shows ever. but the upcomming movie gives me hope to see them all together again.

I wish the show would have continued. The cast was fantastic, the writing spot on...
It's sad to see ridiculous shows like Prison Break still airing and intelligent shows like Arrested Development fail.
I'm happy that we have 3 seasons on DVD to enjoy over and over.

I just got turned on to Arrested Development. My friend suggested that I watch it, and he lent me his DVDs. After just one episode, I was hooked! I definitely wish it was still on! It was so good! Anyway, just glad to see that someone else likes the show too.

I was gutted when I heard that Arrested Development had been canceled by Fox. I already own the 2nd season on DVD and had seen them all many times. To be very honest though, the 3rd season was not anywhere as good as the first 2 had been. I wasn't very impressed by the retarded/british spy story-line. Of course overall the show was amazing and they did a good job wrapping it up in the end. Sometimes good sitcoms run too long (think Friends) and it is better keeping them short and sweet.
