I want your valuable suggestion regarding quitting my institution.

I own an institution jointly with my brothers(2persons). I am looking after the business and one brother have his own business, other is studying.these people have no participation in running the business. They collect money whennever they want and their participation ends there. I am married and my partner also helps me in my business.Problem is, My brothers do not know how to run a business. They don't know the value of customers and staff. They act very rude to customers and staff, whenever they visit the insitutin to give them an impression that they are the 'BOSS' this makes problem every now and then. Some customers and staff quit the institution because of this. I warned one of my brother not to enter the campus. But he made a quarrel and warn me that he owns the company and need not ask any permission. I find it difficult to run the institution with this type of nuisance. I want your help to know that can i earn a decent income from net from sites like google,mylot etc; if i quit my institution? Is it a good decision to leave an institution which is running good now to a person (my brother) who is not capable to run it? Please advice
