If it was possible to become inmortal without becoming decrepit, how would that make you feel? What advantages and disadvantages can you see? Is it really that desirable to live forever?

I don't want to live forever. Sure it has advantages like being able to do things you're not satisfied with since you have a lifetime of doing it. Also, you won't have to regret not being able to do things. But then, given all the advantages one could think of, I still wouldn't want to live forever. I don't want to keep losing my loved ones. They would eventually die and I would be left all alone. That is one reason which could counter all the advantages of being able to live forever.

I would not want to live forever unless my husband would be with me and we both were pain free and financially secure. Then it might be good. But, I would want our friends and cats to live with us too. Otherwise, no, as I don't want people and animals I love, to pass on and I live.

Ill tell the truth, I would. I know that it would be horribly painful to see your friends and loved ones dye. But being the person that I am I would wish to live forever, if it was possible and easy to become immortal.

Two things I would like to add. I spelled die wrong. And I understand what you mean. Sorry for double posting.
