i dont much about it since i havent been in such a suitation..but i think its not good for her body

I would say that it dramatically shortens their youth. It makes them grow up to fast and lose touch with their friends. Many are forced to leave school. They are not able to get a decent paying job but still have the responsibility of raising a child. Usually not a good situation.
