my godchild told me that she won't participate in any class discussion anymore. i told her that it's a good thing to do. it can enhance her communication skills and will build self confidence. I asked her why? and she said when she said her opinion her teacher said that it was a stupid and nonsense idea. i was like.. what??!! you're teacher told you that?!
very unethical and unprofessional. we went to the school and talked to the teacher and she denied it. so we talked to the principal and guess what she said- "are you sure she's telling the truth?". I mean what is wrong with you people! it's just so horrible! you enroll your child to school to learn not feel stupid. some schools are just "wasted". we'll enroll her to a different school for the next school year. it's good that we keep an open communication line. imagine if she just kept this to hersefl.

She's very lucky to have someone like you who acctuall believes her, in my old school. our teacher put us in groups based on our grades there were the a's the b's the c's and the lower. i was in the c's and if we went to answer a question she's say no i want to hear one from a smart kid not you guys. my mom never believed me. or did and just did'nt care

i know what you mean. i have also experienced that. i was also on the group c mainly because i'm really talkative and naughty :0. when you say something that's right or you get high scores during exam, it's like a big deal. and if you don't answer at all its like "what's new?". some people are just not fit to be teachers.
