8,7,13,4,3---Do Lucky Numbers Really Bring Good Luck?

Chinese people think 8 is lucky number which can bring them good luck, while they think 4 is unlucky. In some other countries like Japan 3 is considered unlucky. Western countries people may think 7 is lucky while 13 is unlucky. As far as I am concerned, 13 is kind of lucky to me. I don't know why, just some sort of feeling. What r ur lucky numbers? Why that?
