It is very important to eat 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day. Also make sure that these meals are low in fat, and it's important to eat some lean meats, veggies, rice, etc. Also the obvious thing is to exercise around 30 minutes per day, and you should start to lose weight.

Do daily exercise, have lot of water, don't eat Junky and oily food. Eat lot of vegetables.
