Potty Training Boys

I have a two year old son that I am currently potty training. We started two weeks ago. The first 3 days he did great with peeing on the potty. After 3 days he went from sitting down to standing up and has been standing to pee ever since. The problem I am having is how do I get him to have a BM on the potty versus his underwear? Any other moms that have potty trained a child successfully could you please give me your best advice.
