reservation

i dont think that the resrvation in higher education would help the backward classes to come up ..... yuo can admitt them at low feee,yuo can drop the idea for charging the fee for the form of that institue but what the hell is this reservation in education. you are laying with the quality of the education by this way so i am not in the support of it.
