How Do You Get Your Referrals?

I want to increase my earnings by getting referrals. But I don't know what is the best thing to do. I invited some of my friends personally but they are quite hesitant about it because they are busy. Can you give me some tips on how to get referrals? Thank you!

i have the same problem, even though this is an awesome site, my friends are still hesiitant about such sites that pay, all all think this is bogus and one of thr tricks people use to get their sites noticed
