Why does a mirror only switch left and right?
Why don't mirrors switch up and down as well as left and right?

a mirror only switch left and right is because people are traffic on the left and the right. No switch up or down, no people wlaking in the air. The plane only flies over your mirror, it has never hit your vehicle if the engine is good.

In my view, most of us travel here and there only either at right side or left side, place may be any from home to open ground, so the mirror always switches left to right or right to left. Up and down switches is possible only when we will go up of come down, its my assumption. Not tried yet.
