Do you drink hot milk before sleep

Yes I take and i like it very much. I drink milk before sleep with some chocolate powders like boost,bournvita.

A glass of hot milk with chocolate before sleeping? But Jain, can you sleep well? Isn't milk too heavy so late?
I don't like milk much, I drink it only when I take coffee in the bar in the morning. I prefer the soya milk, its taste is really strange, but I like it, and yet, it's really light.

You should not drink tea, coffee, milk before going to sleep.
YOu can have it one hour before going to sleep.
It is not my advise but the doctor's advise.
