my brother-in-law is Hinduism. one day he ever told me that in his religion he believed all people who live right now are coming from the past, he meant from their previous live. we're re-born for a reason that only can figure out by ourselves. this what they called 'reincarnation'.
what do you say about it?

Whatever your brother-in-law has said is correct. Everybody is taken birth in this world and everybody has some duty to perform.
