Who is a boss - husband or wife?

The best situation is where there is no boss. If things are amicably handled, the house is a beautiful place to be in. But there would be exchanges from time to time and there no body is going to run away or give in. Sometimes this process becomes a "chemical reaction" and the equilibrium is reached. (Both move towards it). Thereafter all things calm down and the responsibility and authority domains get defined for the two. You are confused (by looking at the fights between other couples). Every house is a separate entity and laws of equilibrium are defined by the couple itself and not by the laws of the neighbours.

Mostly it is women. But in general, it should be no boss at all. How will a relationship sail smoothly if there's someone who will lead the family? There should be an equally decision in anything. Helping each other and communicating well will bring out a not perfect but best living love at home.

Both are boss, both are equal and important.NO DIFFERENCE

i will be a "wife" someday, i must answer your question, as i think i should - wife should be the boss! haha kiddin aside, they should always give and take, that's how their relationship must be.

It all depends, if the husband is a wimp, then the wife is the Boss.

We're old fashioned but we believe in the biblical principle of the husband being the head of the house and the wife being a keeper of the home. I know there are a lot of families where the wife is the head but that doesn't work for us. I don't want to be in charge and don't need to be in charge. I know my place and am content, nay happy, to be in it. :)

usually the wife became the boss, as what i ahve observed here in our country..but when it comes to decision makings usually the fathers voice is to be followed..tahts our tradition her in the Philippines..but for me, i think no one should be on top of the other..best way would be understanding..you cant fight fiure with fire..all things can be made and decided through smooth conversations..i say both, the wife and the husband, would be the bosses in their own family..hope this helps some..thanks...
