can i know new discussions by my friends?

how do i know about new discussions set by my friends? is there any easier way than going to each of my friends profile everytime?

ya u can see in the first page that is "discussion started by ur friend" ...so by that we can no that u r friend discussion started and we can response to them ....

i always log on to my mail.thats how i knew when you post discussion.it is more efficient and practical.they also let you know when someone respond to your discussion right?and also when someone put comments to your opinion.
