are metal bands all about making noise or music???

This discussion is for those who love metal bands and their music.I wonder when i hear songs by these bands that after all whatever they produce is music or what.The music is nothing but total noise with high decibel level......So carry on the discussion and post your views......

well being a metal music lover i can tell that it is no high decibel noise but music being played and i like all metal bands and the songs are absolutely super
