Can any one shed some light on the effects of taking herbal tea or green tea regularly around 3 to 4 cups daily?

.........tea and our heart - tea
i thnk green tea good for our heart but herbal tea im not very sure of. here is a write up, check this out: A. Tea, fruits and vegetables are excellent for preventing heart disease and they help in eradicating any existing heart disease: v Free radicals are poisonous chemical agents produced during the normal functioning of the body. They are linked to the development of several disease processes like cancer, coronary artery disease and heart attack, cataracts, etc. Constant and persistent long-term exposure to free radicals triggers several disease processes. v The body has an excellent in-built protective system for inactivating and destroying these free radicals. But this system also requires the help of antioxidants present in food, to mop up the harmful free radicals. This is where tea, fruits and vegetables come in. v Antioxidants act by destroying the free radicals. Fruits and vegetables are rich source of antioxidants. So is tea. Black, green, and oolong teas exhibit this effect but no effect is seen with herbal teas. thanx
