some tips to reduce phone bills.
1.try to talk through online voice chating or text chatting through various messengers on internet.
2.try to send more sms instead of calling.
3.try to make more cell-cell or basic-basic calls.
4.be informative and be aware of the various offers that companies let out from time to time.
the best policy is to talk less in order to receive less phone bill.hehe.thanks

here are some tips:
1) don't place long distance calls or calls to mobile numbers
2) use a prepaid landline, instead of a regular landline, and ask your friends to call you as you cannot call them often enough --- the maintenance fee or monthly rental fee is a lot cheaper
good luck!

Good Question!
I would tell u some of my views:
1:Select Sim card with proper plan for u
ex:if u have habit of talking to 2 or 4 friends frequently then have card which supports friends group for free.
2:Think of what to talk before calling.
3:Make only important calls...and talk less

Try changing to Vonage. We recently did & it's saving us a tidy sum. I call England ever 3 days & Canada every weeks & the calls are free. The calls to Canada are free if you don't go over your minutes, I don't remember how many u get but I talk for up to 30 mins or more for free. If I were you I'd look into Vonage & the options they offer. We got a sweet deal, everything was free including the equipment. I believe we paid a nominal fee for the shipping of the equipment but that was it.
