Why people tell lie?

Just want to know what is the main reason that people lie? Do they lie to get something or ...?

you could lie if you dont want punishment. or... let me think. you lie in trying to make something bad looks a little bit less worse.

Democrats lie for a number of reasons. It is their nature and their normal mode of behavior. They also lie because they are greedy for power and wanting to destroy anyone who gets in their way. Democrats also lie because it is the only way they can get votes.

People lie when they want something of their own. Like to get top of the world ;)
