Foul mouthed Kids, I just want to smack them!

Ok, so there I was, in line at an amusement park enjoying my day with my family. In front of us was a group of about 4-5 pre teen kids (6th-7th grade I assumed). They used the most foul language for kids this age, they were rude, smoking, and just carrying on. Mind you, there are children in the line. One parent spoke up and told them to knock it off there were kids around and they just looked at him and laughed. They continued to cuss, fart, burp and carry on. I wanted to leap at them and just smack the crap out of them. They finally shut the hell up when someone in line went to get a worker. THen they were the most perfect kids. The man who said something to them earlier looked at them and said, where's your toughness now? Is it me, or are the kids getting more and more rude these days?
