e-gold is not updateing!!!!!

i've opened an e-gold account for my lot.they told me to go to profiles then update my account.It also shows that account has updated but when i check it from e-balance then it doesnt show me my balance.it said that i have 0 balance but in my lot my balance is $.69.whats the problem????
