yes and it is all made in the same pot. Its very easy. First you cook your noodles. then drain them. Put them back in the pot. Take 1 cup of heavy cream and get it very very hot in microwave with a tablespoon of butter. while your doing this add 1/2-1 cup of freshly grated parmasean cheese to the noodles and mix it around. when your cream is ready pour it in with noodles and stir it very well. It will all thicken up and be very delious. My hubby and I make it like this alll the time it is his favorite food also. Then add your chicken to it when done mixing. Enjoy
