How do we make money on this site? / myLot

I like other who may have signed up don't see a FAQ page or the like. I would like to know what this is based on. Like X replies to my discussion will equal x amount of cents pr percentage on a dollar. Or ratings,etc?

for each response, u get one rating and also u get one rating for each post (based on condition that u receive atleast one reply for your post)
