8-10 hrs of sleep will rejunevate ur senses and energy. atleast see to it u maintain 6-8 hrs of sleep else u become old quickly. try to compensate taht in a week. thats helpful!!

The sleeping time i think depends on each person. Some persons like to sleep more others less. If you want to make a program properly to you, you should try to visit a specialist. Good luck!
