Dear friend - which country's citizen do not scope to open paypal account opened e-gold account as an alternative and so any advise with paypal cannot be implemented. Best I think to use earnings from e-gold account to any High Yielding Income Program (HYIP), but not sure is HYIP is scam and whether ill swallowed our full investment or will refund with profit - this is the question.

I am in same problem - I searched may sites and found many offer but eveyone has charge minimum $5.00 for one time transfer. To buy one ATM or IMT Card it need at least 30 dollars earning. It mean you need 3-4 months to get cash in hand.

You must find the reliable exchanger at srilangka. Before u determine which exchanger u choose, u must read the feedback from other people who use those exchanger, so that u can choose the right exchanger :)
