HELP!! My pregnant niece uses Cocaine.

I just found out that my neice(19) is taking coke while she is pregnant. The icing on the cake is that the 'man' is a dealer and will be join to jail for a couple of years before the baby is born.
My initial reaction was wanting to completely ignore her. I'm really angry with the pair of them.
What can I do?

i know that is so difficult to do but you must call the ploce is the only way!!!or bring her to a clinic
