Just waking up and knowing she was there this year was enough. This christmas was the first year I wasn't able to go home for the holidays and so we spent it with her family. It was so great to feel that much love and acceptance. Her and her folks are pretty close and I honestly never really thought they'd go to so much work to make me feel at home there. It was really great and knowing it was because of her was the greatest thing ever.

This is our first Christmas married, and as money is tight we're not going overboard. All I wanted was a new vacuum because the old one was terrible and it would take me like 10 minutes to do one little room. So I got a vacuum. All he wants is an iPod or the new Zune because he is going overseas, and wants some music to keep him occupied. So, after we see what gift cards we get from friends and family, we will buy him that. So we both get what we really want, even if we're not actually giving it to each other. Maybe I should get him something small with my online earnings, though.

keep your online earnings! Esp if he is going away, you might need them, as small or large as they may be. I am going to....It might help me pay for my hubby's birthday present!

He has given me so many gifts over the years, and for nothing, but love, that I don't remember. I have all kinds of gorgeous things from him.

The best gift I got on christmas from my hubby was on our first christmas he gave me red t shirt , red christmas pin and stocking filled with goodies which I like. It is not important what you get but the way and thought you have put in it counts. these marketers have added alot to christmas. So giving gift is important on christmas but the bigger gift means more love, i donot agree with that.
