YES.
Drinking more water WILL help to clear up your complexion and keeping your face clean will help too, but everyone's skin looks the way it does because of our genetics. If your parents/grandparents had clear skin, chances are you will. If a history of acne is in your genes, most likely, you will have acne.
You can always try that Proactive stuff or other things your dermatologist can suggest.

here's a tip .. avoid oily food, have a complete 8 hour sleep, wash your face with plain water, drink 8 glases of water everyday.

You must care for your skin from both the inside and the outside. Take care with what you eat and with what you wash your face with. Check out this website http://jeanettesmith.myarbonne.com

Doctors usually recommend an OTC or prescription topical medication for people with mild signs of acne.Benzoyl peroxide, resorcinol, salicylic acid, and sulfur are the most common topical OTC medicines used to treat acne.it can also be caused due to excessive oily foods.

I also have the same problem, white heads etc. The main cause is the skin texture.. its oily we have. Aviod oily and greasy food stuff and clean ur face regularly with some no oil soap etc. U can also use some face packs to keep ur skin clean. That may help u a bit.
