I just posted something similar i went from .75 - .36 I wonder if I did something wrong? I hope not, It would be nice to know.

I didn't even know they did that!I think they should give you a reason why....so you can keep it from happening again.It's not fair to punish for wrong doing without telling someone what they did wrong in the first place.
