well i slowly started twisting my back in different positions and kept on going to the next level that really helped me a lot. now remember u have to start from the basic coz it can end up pretty bad otherwise.start by standing straight and try to take ur leg as far back as possible

Yes, I suffer from backache sometimes and most of the time it will relieved by applying some pain balm and sometimes it persists. Do you know that if you get very low back pain it could be because of some kidney stones, this was told by my doctor once, so if you have low back pain and it is not relieved with balms, etc, you better consult your urologist to rule out that possibility.

I had my last bike accident in 1986. The next morning I sat down and searched the inside of my head for a switch or the something that allowed healing through prayer or force of will healing. Check Helium.com-Health&fitness/exercise "How to repair old injuries..." Works real fast on fresh injuries, old ones have complications. Good luck

On ocassions I do.
When I was younger, I went to a Chiropractor (sp?) for my Fibromyalgia (muscle disorder) and he ended up herniating a disk in my spine. I also have a bulged disk in another area from the guy, but if that starts acting up, I just do some excercises, and it helps a lot. Of course, I have to add a lot of Advil.
