When we smell something bad, why must we insist on someone else sharing the nose-hair curling agony?

Well, I'm sure if we can smell it, the other person can too. If it's really stinky like a good ol fart, why not share it and laugh about it. LOL! I believe I got the question right, but I'm not so sure.

Hi there. This situation seems funny while reading it, but when it actually happens, it's quite irritating for me personally. My husband has a bad habit of doing this. And each time he does, I feel awful and I get vengeful at times. I mean, I try to get even whenever I have a chance.
