Which is the best way to promote affiliate programs? Adwords, Website or Email Marketing for merchants in Commission Junction and Clickbank

A lot of people use a combination of websites and Adwords with affiliate programs. If you set up a good website and then drive some traffic to it with Adwords (or another PPC service) that is probably your best bet.
