Do you think encouraging begger is good?

Hey all, do you think we should give money to the beggers. Well as per me it should be banned because they just do nothing. They just sit around near lights or at the footpath and make some good easy money. They had made this a good business and involves everyone in their family to do the same. It has been observed that even small children have started doing the same...We should Stop this immediately...This would be good for our Nation as well.. What do u think?

i dont think so that encouraging them is good because they think its a easiest way to earn money and not much physical efforts.so thats why in our country there has been a huge increase in the numbers of beggars,i think they also potray a bad impression on tourists also.i think begging should banned completely and strict actions should be taken to stop begging.
